Samia Companies LLC and its affiliates have owned and managed residential and commercial real estate for over 40 years.  The cornerstone to our business model is to provide safe, clean, well maintained, affordable housing to all tenants. 

We pride ourselves in having a staff of dedicated employees that are primarily focused on servicing the habitational needs and comforts of roughly 5000 tenants.  We provide a 7 day 24 hour maintenance service which is supported by more than 100 employees and subcontractors.  The majority of our Boston-based properties are equipped with a common area state-of-the-art security fire system.  This system is computer monitored 24 hours daily and all security breaches are immediately transmitted by an independent third party agency to local fire departments.

Before we moved in on September 1, they deep cleaned the entire apartment. They fixed even the smallest broken things we had when we moved in. Their staff is very responsive, responding to maintenance requests within 1-2 days. We are re-signing our lease for next year. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company.

I rented from Samia for two (2) years in Brighton and have a had a very positive experience from the beginning to now. Communication has been great and in emergencies, the maintenance staff have been fantastic. The building is always kept clean - shout out to Ricardo, one of the maintenance workers, who is incredibly kind and friendly.

I have never had any issues with this company, and have been renting from them for 3 years in two different properties! My Property agents Olivia and Alexandra have always both been FANTASTIC!! Their staff are generally very efficient and pleasant, and if I have a maintenance issue they address the issues relatively quickly. I would say that the rent increases have been fair considering Boston rents in general. I would continue to rent from Samia through choice!

Rented from Samia for 5 years and am going to move into yet another Samia apartment next year. Great maintenance company that is very responsive. Very good communication every time they needed to enter the apartment. 0 complaints. Rent only went up a little each year as well.

Have a commercial lease with Samia companies, it's been 3 years! Not a single issue. Maintenance is always taken care of..... I am highly satisfied.
